I want to be able to subscribe to and see new reviews in my feed reader. It would be cool to see rich UI in those feeds as well.

make two lists, one for "what's hot", and one for "what's not".
I think it is essential that there is a section to see what movies are getting great ratings and what isn't. It could be a way to generate more reviews and to help consumers to sift through the reviews.

My enjoyment of the site would be greatly enhanced if I had the ability to comment on a review. For example, after I've read a review with which I disagree, it would be nice to have the opportunity to engage with it, and express why I disagree, without having to create my own review of the same item and reference the other in it (which I've done).

when I go to write a review, the page doesn't show any of the existing reviews for the item. I want to consider existing reviews when writing my own. It would be cool to see existing reviews while writing mine.

right now there is no way to delete a review without just editing it and emptying out the text fields. It would cool to be able to remove (or take back) a review I have made.

it would be cool to mark certain reviews as private. this would mean they are only visible to the person that made the review. or maybe two kinds of private reviews: completely private, or just private to people following you on twitter.
